Shipping Policy:

Pet World uses USPS and UPS as a shipping method.  Shipping rates are valid for all lower 48 continental states in the United States.  Upon placing an order, your product will be shipped within 3 days of your order being placed.  All orders will be delivered within 2 weeks of original purchase date.  All shipping fees are addressed at checkout.  No additional fees for shipping will be incurred, see refund policy for our shipping return policy.

Refund Policy:

Pet World will refund your product.  All shipping costs are incurred by the purchaser, and by Pet World Warehouse Outlet. 

In order to redeem a refund for your product, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase.  The product must be in its original quality at time of purchase.  For food, the bag must be unopened in order to redeem a refund on the product.
